Generally we have no refunds and no returns on certain lines of merchandise but below we explain the few acceptions to our general no refund no return policy depending on the manufacturer. The first acception to a no return policy is when one of our products has been proven to be defective when it was manufactured and was shipped to a customer. In this case we do accept a return and we will give a House Credit in exchange for another item that is identical or comparable in price. We do not accept returns or give refunds for merchandise that was damaged by a customer. Also we do not have returns or refunds on items that were ordered with a wrong size. This applies to our Lisa Rene, Donna Vinci and DVC Suits. The second acception is exclusively for our Shennel products. Our Shennel products return policy is that damaged merchandise may be returned within 30 days of invoice date with a RMA or returns merchandise authorization obtained either by phone or fax. No merchandise will be accepted after 30 days. Returns of undamaged merchandise without an appropriate reason will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Credit Card Payments refunds will be returned within 15 to 30 days. In some cases a refund maybe returned as early as one week to 15 days depending on the circumstances. For all other returns with any other reasons to return merchandise will be subject to our standard return and refund policy as stated above and that would apply. |
